Bramadi Arya was born in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ahmad Dahlan University and his Master of Science in Biotechnology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.
Bramadi is currently pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry at the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, Thailand. He worked under the supervision of Dr. Varodom Charoensawan at the Systems Biology of Gene Expression Regulation Laboratory.
His research interests include applying bioinformatics and systems biology approaches, specifically employing single-cell sequencing technology to learn disease progression models and discover new biological insights for precision medicine applications.
As he continues his studies, he is excited to see where his curiosity and hard work will lead him. He is eager to make a meaningful contribution to our understanding of the human body and how it functions.
